So I bought Night Viper today, and despite the highly variable (read: usually crappy) quality of Beast Machines toys (seriously what isn’t miscolored is off model, sometimes both, what the fuck) this little guy is incredibly cute, really poseable and transforms well.

But since I can’t just take pictures like a normal person, I said to myself, Megatron deleted all the archives in Night Viper’s world, so what’s a history starved mechanoid to do?

Meanwhile Wheeljack and his tiny assistant, Blurr, are doing their best to bring some order to the cluttery chaos in WJ’s bedroom (next time, on hoarders: cybertron).

“Today we got called in on a not so extravagant project fixin’ the incinerator. Doesn’t sound like a job that’d be important enough to call us down for, but when it’s the intel department, they don’t let none’a them civilian class bots go through the trash. ‘Sides, it’s good for recon findin’ spare parts where we can. Recyclin’s important around here y’know?

I figured it’d be mundane, so I took my buddy Percy along with me. Ok, so I had’da drag em’. But it was a good thing I did. We got to fishin’ in the scrap heap n’ ended up findin’ somethin’… peculiar. You know Perc never has much enthusiasm anymore ever since that… eh… not so good thing he did to his brains… but when he picked up that lil’ box we found in the yard it’s like he was watchin’ somethin’ horrible happen right n’ front of em’. Touchin’ it so light n’ fragile like it was in intense pain and he didn’t wanna make it worse…

I was a little freaked out. So I had a look myself n’…

Keh, I’m the opposite. I didn’t got Shock/Blurr at all as a pairing until just recently (thanks, Scobble!), and even then only in certain situations.

But merciless Primus, the way most of the fandom seems to ship it…
