I have literally never shipped two characters in a canon, any canon I’ve been a fan of, as hard as I ship KOBD. They’re the first real OTP I’ve ever had.

I need to clarify that Knock Out and Breakdown SHOULD NOT BE TOGETHER. Theirs is an everlasting bromance, strengthened by eons of hanging out together. There is no sexual tension, no flirtatious looks, so innuendos.
All of that is saved for Starscream.
Knockscream is the pair to ship.
Knock Out is so alone without Starscream on the Nemesis. The only reason why we don’t see it is because a) KO doesn’t get enough screen-time and b) Starscream probably has a secret communications line with KO that is impenetrable to even Soundwave.
Yes, Knock Out is handi-capable and can actually do something scientific and be GOOD AT IT. Unlike the manufacturing of that single drop of Synthen (where did that go?) or the repairing of Breakdown’s eye (what happened there?). He is capable and he would do anything for Screamer.
So for those of you who ship Knockdown… just stop it. Stop. Just stop. Turn your attention to the beauty of Knockscream. Doesn’t have the same ring to it as ‘Knockdown’ does, but… you can’t have everything.
End of rant.

Really, I’m a big fan of letting people ship who they want. I see fans get bent out of shape all the time about different ships, but honestly, it isn’t hurting anyone. I really can’t bring myself to get mad or upset at others because they perceive character relationships differently…
